Dispatch
Our packages are shipped by colissimo or DHL (express). Shipments are made within 1 to 2 working days after your payment. When your order is shipped, you will receive the package number allowing you to track the shipment on the websites of the carriers concerned.
In France, the time generally observed for Colissimo deliveries is 2 to 5 days. By choosing DHL, you will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.
In the rest of the world, the time generally observed is 5 to 10 days for Colissimo and 2 to 7 days for DHL.
Some bulky items entail special conditions, due to the size of the packages. You will find the list at the bottom of the page.

Your order will be prepared there within 1 to 2 working days and you will receive an email confirming its availability. The opening hours are:

Withdrawal - Return - Exchange - Refund
The customer may return, at his own expense and by delivery with signature, the products received within fourteen days of the date of receipt (the postmark being taken as proof). Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. He can then be reimbursed for the amount of the returned items.
In case of receipt of a damaged or non-compliant item, the customer must report it to customer service (contact@tse-tse.com) on the day of receipt of the package.

The return of the products must imperatively be accompanied by the delivery note and the reason for return.

France, Monaco, Andorra and Belgium: €6.90 for home delivery, €4.90 for parcel delivery, €8.90 for DHL express delivery
Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden: 15€ in home delivery, 12€ in relay -parcel, 18€ in express DHL.
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Norway, Romania: €18, 20€ by DHL express.
DOM-TOM: 29.90€
Rest of the world: 45€ standard delivery, 59€ in express DHL.
Bulky products
Here is the list of products whose dimensions imply special cases:

For these items the shipping rate in Europe is 25€ and we cannot offer a shipping package for more distant countries.

Customs
In the case of a shipment outside the European Union or in the DOM-TOM, customs charges may be applied according to the local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer.
